This is one of my favorite photos, because those specks are my people, getting out in it. Even better, I was not far behind them. The second photo is a photo of me, and way over my left shoulder is the spot I was standing when I took the first photo.
We were heading to one of our favorite spots on the mountain - Delirium on Peak 6. You skied across the mogul field (not my favorite), then the snow field (a little challenging when it was whiteout conditions), and into a big glade, which eventually funnels into traditional ski runs. It was very quite over there, and spread out, so we rarely saw other people once we in the glade. Though we did see an avalanche search and rescue team (human and canine) after some kind of training exercise.
