Postcard: May 2, 2025

The heart is a four-chambered instrument.

I recently found two lines I wrote at the bottom of some notes from a phone call. It reads:

Wholeheart »» the 4 chambers of the heart.
2 inflow, 2 out, pause to fill.

While maybe not a scientific description of the heart, I was captivated by it. And now I have a number of these little “hearts” scattered through my project bags. The news gives me such a heavy heart, so I sit here with it.
